  • Cat has been great to work with and demonstrates great capacity to support each of the team members. One of Cat's key strengths is managing multiple tasks at hand and then being able to creatively update them on the go to ensure we can get them out in a timely fashion. Additionally, Cat has provided the team with great ways of working improvement to help the team when delivering creative designs. She's set up the Product Image folder to allow each of the Marketing leads to help save sku's/products to help minimise her time and reduce time for deep etching images. Cat is very creative and shows a variety of solutions and as we get better to in delivering assets across the board. One of the key challenges from time to time is we all may miss certain features or callouts with differing campaigns (eg: use of roundel in one asset may not be utilised in another asset), however Cat is very quick to point that out to us to help find consistency in our messaging hierarchy and that is definitely one of her key strengths. Cat is personable, always smiling and has a great relationship with the team.

  • As I've had to step away from Everyday Market and focus my time on the launch of Everyday Rewards Shop, Cat has stepped up in her role. She has gone above and beyond to not only ensure that deadlines are met but to also ensure Everyday Market focusing on customer first experience working with multiple squads constantly evolving the solving issues with AEM. Everyday Market has also introduced additional resources from MyDeal to work within our squad. Cat has taken the time out to onboard and educate them around our design system, brand guides, various channels and also share her knowledge with her experience has a hybrid designer. On top of this she has also taken it upon her self to train them on how to use figma and mentor these designers on how to design for our channels. Cat has single handedly managed the deadlines of emails, green channels and manage additional resources.

  • FY24 H1 was a pretty transformative half for Cat’s own personal development and it has been quite the journey seeing her step up and take the reins on Orange Friday whilst Leiden was on annual leave. Cat should be super proud of what she achieved in H1 and we must not underestimate the critical role she played in delivering our biggest campaign to date. Not only was she able to deliver the trade assets, but for the first time, she also delivered the EDR assets which required her to skilfully switch between Figma and Adobe XD. Cat has also taken on previous feedback maturely and has quickly stepped up to take on additional responsibilities as part of her role, such as sourcing all imagery for assets. This has been gratefully received by the broader marketing squad and it’s been a pleasure to see her continue to develop in her role.
